    It's one of my biggest regrets travel wise. I've been all over and always said Croatia is my bucket list. Never made it. Doubt I ever will now with the state of health but I love seeing it. And all the beautiful places. Europe really has some absolutely stunning history. Especially places like Croatia that ww2 didn't destroy. More power to you Ivan. Keep on R.I.T.F.W

    I hope you do, and I hope I can be there too Rob! It’s a hop & a skip away for you… I had a damn 6 hour layover in Frankfurt….that messed me up worse then flying.. can’t find a comfortable seat to kill time, felt worse than a German pretzel after

    im also taking these 2 back with me, my friend is taking one and I’m taking the other… you can only take one per person.. she didn’t want to separate them, so was gonna leave them till Xmas… so it’s for a good cause too in the end…

    House was on the market 12 days.
    We went with a September 5 closing date.
    Buyer said......Oh no, let's move that up to August 28! GREAT!!

    Buyer has IRS issues(getting forms for loan)
    Loan has been approved, was approved 30 days ago. But he needs certain paperwork to make it all good for closing. And the IRS is in no hurry to get it to him. 
    So now he requests an October 25 closing date.

     I dont want to relist.
    But yeah, its just ridiculous. 
     Mr. Buyer is costing me money.

    But he is saying, "I really really want to buy your house, please allow me some time....blah blah blah

    Ill give him 6 weeks.
    Then he can go scratch.

    Just got home, to rain and noise pollution galore from freakin paradise… it’s gonna be hard to get into real world again… but I’m now focused on my 10 yr or sooner plan, to retire here… went to Hvar yesterday after this cool little estuary town call Novigrad… had so much charm.. climbed to another castle , this one beat my ass pretty well… she freakin runs up it like a mountain goat… they are built different there with organic eating and clean lifestyle besides cigs n booze 🤣🇭🇷 I had a awakening and it was so much fun… I cut loose and let it rip in the best ways. You feel safe there… the pride is off the charts … got to reconnect to old family roots and the tropical beach, eat, go out at night, explore stuff … went fast but I didn’t stop, I saw so much…
