Hiw many runners?
Did a race a few weeks back but have been resting up,some. Intervals yesterday and today's 5 miles was harder than it should be.

How's everyone doing?
I'm a month on from my last race, managed a distance of 75 miles in very muddy conditions.
Next race is 'the autumn 100' in October. Following the river Thames path and the Ridgeway trail.0 -

Start a 12 week program this week aimed to pr in a November Half.
Been running a lot buy without real focus for a bit. Gonna get after it.
Have a 5k in a few weeks and will sprinkle some other races in as part of training.
In the hot tub after a 9 mile run this AM, as I type this.
My knees are so fucking toast. Lol.
Still gonna get after it. Fuck knees. Overrated!

Then in November I'm planning to do invest more energy into one for my 21k in May.

Hello everyone. My running mileage has been terrible, like a once a week 6 mile run, maybe twice, but hill work at least. Been mountain biking a lot this summer which has still been good training for the legs, but need to be more disciplined to run at least 3 days a week.0
