It’s not a 1:1 comparison when you’re talking about present time company boycotts. If you want to pull in history you’re not going to be consuming much or traveling much.DE4173 said:I would imagine it's worse, regardless of the time difference.0 -
I respect your opinion. We disagree and that's okay .

Okay. Then how is 2025 BMW the same as ww2 era BMW? And does this include their US manufacturing plant in South Carolina? Also, Henry Ford was a total jagoff, so is Ford included in the boycott?DE4173 said:No. No it's not. At all.0 -

I'm rereading my posts and I'm not seeing the call to boycott BMW (and now Ford). I'm not anti-Tesla or BMW (or now Ford). I don't believe two different things need to be "the same" to be bad or have an expiration date on those bad things.

The boycott issue was introduced prior to that. So how does 2025 BMW compare to 2025 Musk regarding “problematic” issues?DE4173 said:I'm rereading my posts and I'm not seeing the call to boycott BMW (and now Ford). Big sigh. “Gotta be more problematic nazi wise than a Musk vehicle” is present tense. It’s very rare for someone to associate current BMW with ww2 BMW. It’s not rare to associate 2025 Musk with Tesla, since he’s the current ceo.DE4173 said:You are making an argument up in your head rather than based on comments I've posted. 🤷♂️0 -

this doesnt sound like him...Nevada could’ve fined the company more than $3 million, but regulators are seeking a reduced penalty of $242,800, citing an “extraordinary number of violations.”
