    Have fun!
    Hiw many runners?

Did a race a few weeks back but have been resting up,some.  Intervals yesterday and today's 5 miles was harder than it should be.
Need to get back on a training schedule.

Damn.  35k race was crowded as fuck.  Cannot imagine another 20k thrown in.  I'd start close to up front, regardless of where they want you to queue.

    Beautiful
Was gonna be an off day but I ran while my son had training for an hour.
    Brutally hot and humid.

    Enjoyed it!

    Those trails look amazing Spiritual!!

    How's everyone doing?

I'm a month on from my last race, managed a distance of 75 miles in very muddy conditions.

Next race is 'the autumn 100' in October. Following the river Thames path and the Ridgeway trail.
