Had somehow never seen this. Anthony Hopkins and Jody Foster are fantastic in this. Are the sequels/prequels worth watching or is there a decline in quality?
Whenever this used to come up in conversations about movies, everyone else always raved about it. I was always the odd one out as I didn’t think it was that good at all. I’ve never understood what the hype was all about.

Well, yeah, it was certainly entertaining, lol. Don't watch it with your kids or parents though. It might be uncomfortable for some people... The dominant/submissive thing gets a bit icky at times IMO.

That's hilarious. Reminds me that somehow my dad and I ended up watching 9 1/2 Weeks together back in the day - we both almost crawled out of our skins, LOL.
