Seems people still like his immigration policy. Stunning the democrat resistance has such little traction

“Trump stands at 56% approval on border security and 50% approval on immigration in the Marquette Law School poll, which was conducted May 5-15.

Yep seems about right half the country believes only white immigrants are ok see South Africa, so it doesn’t surprise me that there’s a whole lot of racist Americans

Dems are going to need to figure out how to reach over half the country at some point to win the White House again, and half the states to win the senate. Not sure speaking in extremes and do the constant “ trump is evil”  dance is the way to get there. But hey….they can grab the House next year and hold more hearings!!!
they are not going to need to cater to you because you wouldn't vote for them anyway.
Who do you think he's going to vote for? He's not a Trumper, just highly critical of dems not doing enough to change the political trajectory.
honest question, what can the dems do to change the political trajectory?

aside from getting the old head dem leadership out of the way. that is the only thing i see they can do, but the old heads won't fuck off and go away. and then people will say the young dems are too extreme or are too young, or too inexperienced. or they can't vote for a woman, or whatever excuse they will make for themselves.

people with his attitude seem as if they would rather not vote and let the gop keep power. because not voting insures that that will happen.

Are you a racist? No, because ageism is not racism, but it is discrimination. That’s the policy you support, yet claim to represent something good?

AOC is young, but only knows how to reach her base, not the people she needs to win beyond her home state.

age has zero to do with good policy.  Age does not tell us how to understand what policy your home country would support, nor how to communicate with the people you are trying to convince.

There’s a pretty big difference in being critical of the Democratic party and repeatedly using the word “leftist”. It’s kind of a tell.

It’s short hand for left extreme. Rigging an election, and ignoring that… is extreme, despite the lies you are telling yourself to ignore that.

The same people were sounding the same hysterics and know-it-all told-you-so’s in 2016. And then pre-2020 when they were convinced trump would win again and the “dem party is finished”. It’s tiresome.

The irony is you are too tired to think for yourself and not understand Biden won because he got the tired to vote for him. Those were the voters who could participate by mail without showing up. Once the normal election rules were followed, the dems lost, and it was they who rigged an election, got caught doing it, while their minions ignore facts. All I did was cite a poll and u think it’s hysterics. Good for you, keep yer head in the sand.

How many votes did Harris receive to become nominee?

why did no one mention before June that Biden had the capacity to drop an incognito brain bomb? Never happened with his handlers?

You seriously believe that was the first time in that debate that brain bomb happened? Well it had to be second, the Clooney incident was the first.

It wasn’t “rigged”. WH and campaign Staffers wanted to keep their gravy train rolling. Yeah they should have dumped him earlier and the party did what it could with the time left. It wasn’t righing, it was as good of a recovery as possible. It just wasn’t enough combined with economic factors.

You wanna be pissed, be pissed at Bidens ego.

But also, can you just hurry and identify as conservative because it’s clearly what you want at this point. The right wing media and their talking points have already taken hold.

Oh no, this is the new “independent”. The “I hate Trump but the dems don’t know how to fight ethically and win and I’m fucking sick of it” crowd.

The denialism train keeps rolling. Parsing words is all u got? Ain’t you ain’t got that either!

“Primary elections or primaries are elections held to determine which candidates will run in an upcoming general election. In a partisan primary, a political party selects a candidate. Depending on the state and/or party, there may be an "open primary", in which all voters are eligible to participate, or a "closed primary", in which only members of a political party can vote. Less common are nonpartisan primaries in which all candidates run regardless of party.

The origins of primary elections can be traced to the progressive movement in the United States…”

    Now what?

I think a lot of this was done because they were caught in a bad situation and thought they could lie their way out. Incorrectly.

Biden was elected, said he’d run once. Midway through the term, he ages quite visibly. Do they impeach him? ‘That’s a bad look, let him stay, we’ll shelter him and he’s got smart folks around him’
    Some time passes.
‘Uh, guys, he wants to run for re-election anyways.’
’Well, if we don’t let the incumbent candidate run again, we’ll lose our advantage and people will stop believing the lie, which will tank our credibility and we’ll lose the election. What the hell do we do, guys?’
