This is why there's no merch at the actual show inside, it's a problem. It's probably mostly been the same people waiting an insane amount of hours all three mornings. They need to stop selling the city merch outside

Doesn’t this just create new problems for the indoors sales? There’s line management, which creates human traffic flow problems which lead to fire/emergency hazards. Plus you’ll have people lining up during the show just to meet demand.

The real solution is to make more of the merch. Or if Tsurt can handle to volume (but I’m guessing he’s smaller like 10c) presages and shipping.

I don't know, I never had that issue in the past but these are my first shows since 2013.

The vendor is absolutely a large part of the problem, and I can't imagine how much it's cost the band this weekend.

Cost? The band will make buckets of cash from merch sold at each city. Having leftovers is what costs the band.

They easily could sell a lot more than what they made. If they couldn't then you would have had a point.

Not always easy to gauge demand though. They had enough extra license plates from prior legs that they were being sent in most mystery boxes. Now they sell out in an hour. Tricky.

I do miss my sites cart system... don't like people can cart something then have it taken out of their cart if they don't check out in record time

Do the merch stands on higher levels have all the pitt specific stuff? (Plates, jersey, etc). Just asking because in raleigh the 300 level just had general tour stuff.

Unbelievable. I had a poster in my shopping basket at exactly the right time and - I swear - was only 2 seconds later in the shopping basket to pay and got the message that all the posters were gone. It's a mystery to me how you can even have the slightest chance...

I honestly don't understand how the shop pay works. Sometimes the pay button just changes color and sometimes they send the code. I wish it was consistent. Captcha is the worst. It usually takes 3 times to identify the stairs, motorcycles or bridges.
