The people across from the hotel are stalking you and being loud and violent. I asked them to leave you alone but they're here with bags of stuff to sign instead of being here to see the music live. Priorities people!!

    I hung at hotel to meet the band before. Only Mr McMelty came by to sign stuff. No one was being violent and loud though. That sounds oddball.

    Don't get me wrong, I've always thought it would be awesome to meet members of the band. But I've never once contemplated trying to decipher which hotel they may be staying at to wait outside and obtain signatures that way.

    We happened to be staying at the same hotel. Saw a handful of fans waiting outside so I joined them. Didn't wait long enough to meet ev. Most of the band walked in and didn't acknowledge us. That was ok. We were far enough away so they had a choice to walk over to us or ignore. Then Mike was going in and came over to us. We all talked and he signed some stuff. Pretty darn great. Fun chatting with the other fanboys too.

    Over the last few years, I've gained nothing but respect and appreciation for Mike. He had his struggles in the past and has overcome them in such a beautiful way. A man who truly appreciates all he has and all of those who appreciate him. I'm so happy he seems to have such joy in his craft.

    We walked around the city today and I had my head on a swivel hoping to see someone from the band. No dice. 

    We DID NOT set up shop across the street from their hotel demanding they come out and play with us.

    Maybe this is the answer to why band likes the “rail gang” camping out for 2 days to get their spots. 

    If they weren’t in the GA line, they’d be at the bands hotel….

    Idk sounds like the common rail rats abuse the system anyways....coming and going, being first in line for merch, being at Wishlist pre show parties etc

    I accidently figured out where they were staying in Nashville along with Metallica and stayed away.
    If I were to run into one or more of them out in the world I would definitely say hi.
    Just like I did yesterday with Josh and Danny Clinch.
    But no pics, no song requests, no tour questions, just a big hey. Though Danny and I did have a chat about some of his work the previous night.

    I definitely was guilty of getting a pic.  No stalking though.  Just a chance encounter at a dispensary.  They were very sweet.

    I saw a post on here many years ago that gave their exact hotel location.  I’m not ashamed to say I reported it and it was removed.

    I've met Ed twice in life and he's amazing. However, it has to be the right time and reason. People with shit to sign is not what he wants. That loser stalker that got in my face tried pressing charges on my autistic 17 year old for protecting me and the band. My 6'3.5" 365 lbs. Maybe Eds next bodyguard lol.

    When I met Eddie I shook his hand and said a few words to him. Didn’t ask for a signature or a picture and I’m pretty sure that’s why he called me back and gave me a pick.
