In the Earth? Hmm. It’s weird. It definitely has a mood/atmosphere to it. I’m not sure. Maybe check out the trailer and/or review. I wasn’t sad I watched it. But I’m having a hard time remembering it all. Not sure what that says.

Really intrigued by this. After seeing Christian Bale become Cheney in Vice and always being a fan of Nicolas Cage, this could be a fun one.

^ who is directing it? Haven’t dug in yet, saw the pic and put a smile on my face. John & Pat voices were the best… Bale as Davis should be intense

Nic Cage needs to eat a few dozen more turduckens and 8 legged turkeys to really get into the role.

^Sounds like it’s a little exposition heavy in the beginning, but once the action revs up, it’s typical (killer) set pieces.

    I’ll be there next week.

Tomorrow night, Aliens (special edition/4K) downtown. I needed to kill 4 hours while I drop off my son and his girlfriend at a concert. Luckily this was playing. Umpteenth time I’ve seen it, but it’s my favorite. And the theater is cool. A costume contest is happening. Maybe there will be some good people watching.

I am usually a fan of existential, philosophical movies, but this one just didn't resonate. I did like Mark Wahlberg's performance. Different from mostly everything else I've seen him in.
