    Earlier start in Pittsburgh:

    GA doors 6:00pm

    General doors 6:30pm

Teen Jesus & the Jean Teasers 7:00pm

    Pearl Jam 8:15pm

Where are we finding this?  TM still says 7:30.
I've seen quite a few Pearl Jam shows.

How is the Uber situation in Downtown? Our hotel is a few blocks from the arena and taking Uber to the Any Warhol museum, National Aviary and Church Brew works might be our best option rather than trying to find and pay for parking.
It will take you 10-15 mins to walk to the Warhol.. it’s right across a bridge with pedestrian access.

Thanks, that one seems doable walking, the other 2 maybe not. My wife has a condition that makes walking much more than that very tiring for her, so we might have to drive or ride to those.

The aviary is another 10 from the Warhol. I guess you could take an uber back from the aviary but I’d probably still walk.. you’ll need to uber to church brew works

Thanks for the info. I can try to book the two one after another and make it a single trip.

Still trying to get N2 seats. With it increasingly likely I won't find any face value tickets. I'm watching stub hub - and it seems like stubhub prices are nudging downward, which is good news.

Let me ask this...are stubhub tickets safe to buy for this event? Normally I 100% trust stubhub, but I'm concerned if all these seats truly are transferrable - since ten club tickets were not transferrable. And I had heard there was issues with 3rd party tickets in Nashville.

    4 days.

I posted about people meeting up at Church Brew Works on Saturday night. I said go to the bar and wear Pearl Jam stuff. And like 5 people said that was cool.

Then I posted again and people responded with half a dozen other brew pubs, which seemed unhelpful. Maybe it was Pittsburgh people who wanted to stay in their neighborhood. Who knows.

Anyway, the beer at Church Brew Works looks good, even if there may be some other beer in the city that's better. I really don't know. And it sounds like fun to drink in a church. At least more than that little sip of sweet wine.

I just want some whiskey though.... :)

Would love to plan something, keep us posted!
Good news. It's planned. They have whiskey there. Whisky too.
Snap, if the grammar police are gonna be there, I'm not sure I can show up without being detained!!
What's grammar got to do with it?

    Whisky: Scotch

We used to have a cheesy joke in Chicago that if you drive down to a Blues game - you can't get a drink in St. Louis? Why not - because they have no cups. Butt they went and ruined that cheesy joke when they won the cup a few years back.

Thanks! 217!  I didn't actually look to see where they were until after the purchase.  Checked the date, quantity, and face value price and pulled the trigger.

Please help! I need a single GA for N1 for my husband to join myself and my friend. If not GA something lower would be great! Thanks everyone!!

I have an extra N1 in 112 or Sec 2 to trade for a good N2 seat. I ideally need a pair for N2 but that doesn’t seem to be happening.

I'll join you for some bourbon! ;-)
I had to go gluten free two years ago after considering myself a craft beer connoisseur lol.  Thank god for bourbon!
Not sure why, but beer gave me terrible heart burn.  Bourbon does not!!! :-)

I'm looking at a last minute airbnb in the Deutschtown District.  Looks like will have to uber to/from the arena, but does anyone know if that area is o.k. otherwise?
You’re gonna see a decent amount of aimless junkies in that part of town. Just get a hotel on the north shore by the stadiums or downtown.
OK, thanks for the input on this.  Duly noted.

Bourbon is better for me digestively but I really can't drink all that much of it. It, you know, makes me too drunk. I do love the stuff.

A tip for anyone coming in from out of town and still needing a place to stay. There is SpringHill Suites in Mt Lebanon which is south of the city. The T runs right into the city with the arena within a couple of blocks.

Mt Lebanon is one of the nicer areas around Pittsburgh with an abundant of shops and restaurants. The T will also stop at Station Square where the incline is located. That will take you up to Mt Washington which will give you the best view of the city.

Yeah...good luck to you. I've seen a lot of pairs show up today. I'm just too slow every time. So the chances seem to be improving.
