    In Europe, aside from the obvious UK (might be nice outside of London or Manchester despite them being easy to get to), Amsterdam and Berlin at Wuhlheide I’d suggest: 

    Croatia - Zagreb/Dubrovnik 
    italy - maybe Trieste again, or somewhere else that isn’t Milan or Rome 
    Oslo
    Copenhagen
    Ljubljana
    Krakow (or other Polish city)
    Bucharest 
    Budapest 
    Dusseldorf or Köln 
    Antwerp
    Hamburg
    St Austell Eden 

    Outside of Europe: 
    Calgary 
    Vancouver
