I read the "Future Noir: The Making of Blade Runner" book my wife found and bought for me in some used book shop.
I then binged the 5 disc Complete Collectors Edition Blu Ray over one weekend. The original NA release on Friday night, the original EU release and Directors Cut on Saturday and the Final Cut & the Work Print copy on Sunday.
It was a fantastic weekend.

^ 😂 Hmm, I think Cable Guy. I was not a fan of Eraser I think. Although having played a lot of GoldenEye, I think I wished there was a railgun in that game. Hmm, come to think of it, maybe Eraser influenced Perfect Dark with the railgun.
Wheaties promo poster explained, asterisk explained, one of the best post-credits scenes. Character driven. Great 2nd to last movie before
I liked Thunderbolts a lot. Laughed a ton. And surprisingly emotional. Florence Pugh was fantastic.
I thought to myself during the end-credits scene, Bucky's hair looks fucking horrible lol. Turns out Stan shaved his head for a role, so he had to wear a wig.
May your days be long, til kingdom come.

Saw Thunderbolts* on Saturday night and really enjoyed it. It had some real heart and depth to it, which was nice to see in a Marvel movie. I agree Florence Pugh was fantastic, and so was Lewis Pullman.

not watched this in YEARS infact, last time I saw it, all the main cast were very much alive (Hopper, Kilmer, Seizmore, Penn....) And I spotted that Greek guy (not The Greek) from the Wire. Go me.

And, had not seen this one before. Prime post-terminator Linda Hamilton and Tommy Lee Jones which I never really fancied until he became an old man-actor. But I guess for most people he is the charm of the film.

I enjoyed it and i would recommend it if u´re into terror/vampires movies but its not an amazing movie by any strech of imagination.
1st & 2nd act drag a bit to be honest although there is some tension from time to time but the 3rd act is really solid and really takes the movie home in the right way.
1st post credit scene is also pretty great. 2nd is just there...
All cast was pretty great , specially Michael B. Jordan and Miles Caton(sammie).
The 2 big musical scenes were good specially the irish one.
oh and Hailee Steinfeld is just dropdead gorgeus...
Can we also please talk about Michael McKean's range!

Anyone ever see a movie in a Screen X theater?
Never heard of it before. My brother saw "Thunderbolts" the other day, at a Screen X theater. In addition to the main screen, the image projects on the walls too, like a panoramic view type of thing. It sounds interesting, but he said it was more distracting than not.

I haven't been, but I've seen video from a theatre of it, and that made me think I wasn't entirely interested, mainly because it's not at all seamless. There are big fucking seams at the corners of course, and that seems like a weird distraction to me. That said, I'd definitely like to give it a shot before coming to a conclusion.

Fun fact: Chris Farley was originally supposed to star in it. Had to drop out due to scheduling. I love Farley, but I can't see him as Chip Douglas.
