Indipendant cinemas here in Sweden has adopted what I believe is a dutch service, where for a monthly fee you get to see unlimited amounts of films. The main Marvel-and-Mission Impossible chain is not included, but a good opportunity to go see smaller releases.

I think it’s 25-30 dollars per month. So here it’s like woth it if you catch two films per month.

That’s my deal with the AMC A List I use. Two movies a month covers it ($24 a month). I’ve already seen 4 this month.

Haha. Mom just said she wanted to go see ”the movie about a penguin” and the new movie The Amateur.

Yeah. Sweden has never had it. Untill now. But yes, doesn’t cover the mainstream cinema chain. So no AMC blockbuster-showings or horror (that I mosty watch) over here.

I saw this in the theatre back in the day, and I remember that it infuriated me at the time, lol. Like, the fucking ridiculousness of so many parts of it, especially at the end, made me mad, hahaha. Later my feelings about it really softened. I just think it's entertaining now. I guess my capability for suspension of disbelief got a lot better as I got older.
