I honestly don't want to be a smartass, but on the European mainland we had a Dark Matter Spanish tour. Consisting of two concerts in Barcelona. If you add the two festivals, that makes a Dark Matter Iberian Peninsula tour at most.

Put Walmart AMP in Rogers, AR before or after ACL and Vegas Sphere this fall.

My instinct is that there’s no more shows or just a few in South America. The merch for these Spring shows is all labelled as “Dark Matter 2025 Tour”. If more shows I would have guessed it would be labelled Spring Tour or US Tour.

My instinct is they are taking a full year off after May and will be back next for Europe in June/July next year.

This. If there were more shows planned and they were just in the "maybe possibly if things work out" stage, I'm sure the merch would be as you said.

I think Ohana is the last holdout...but that might just be EV solo (with or without the Earthlings).

If things were looking hopeful, they'd probably at least say "US 2025" or "Spring 2025".

I've had the "2018/2019" feeling for a while now...enjoy these shows. These could be it for a while. OTOH, when they re-emerge after Pittsburgh (could be a while), the possibility for new music is definitely higher than 1%, given we know they recorded in Australia.

ON THE OTHER HAND... I'd be surprised as all hell if they took the entirety of 2026 off.

    What was:
2013 - Lightning Bolt and tour through 2016.
    2017 - Relatively quiet year
2018 - South America, announced album and Home/Away Tour
    2019 - Break year
2020 - Gigaton released and COVID craziness.
    2021 - Beach Shows
    2022 - Tour
    2023 - Small tour
    2024 - Dark Matter

    What could have been:
    2013 - Album
    2018 - Album and tour
    2019 - Tour
    2020 - Tour? Album?
    2021 - Album?
    2022 -

2018-2022 really screwed the band's cycle up. The good news? We're past that now.
They sat on DM for over a year. I don’t expect new music until 27 or 28 no matter when it’s finished. They seem to be trying to stretch things out.
Imagine having something so good and just not releasing it. Crazy yo!
I'm sure it's frustrating for them to know that after all the work that goes into making a new album and releasing it, a good chunk of their audience will not give it the time of day no matter how good it is. You'd have to think that dynamic limits their output to a degree.
I gather speed from you fucking with me.

This was why I was asking.

The Euro dates of 2024 were minimal.

Sure, technically, they were dates during the Dark Matter tour but an Iberian peninsula tour, 2 nights in Berlin, 1 Dublin, and 1 London really isn’t a full European tour.

If a full, proper Europe tour isn’t coming until 2026 then at least that gives me time to start saving $$$. Seeing Pearl Jam in Italy is on my bucket list…can’t think of a place I’d rather see the band these days than Italy. Maybe Hawaii again, but two or three nights in Italy and I could die happy!
I shit and I stink, I'm real, join the club...

On the one hand, it's a shame that they won't be back in Europe until 2026 at the earliest, but it does increase the chance that they'll get away from the fixed, predictable Dark Matter blocks in their setlist. If they also sell their visuals by then, that would be a dream come true. Once again Pearl Jam in its purest and most unpredictable form. I'd even pay their outrageously expensive ticket prices in Europe again for that. Oh, I'd even round it up to 200 euros. Let's see how close I can get to my dream again.
I sincerely hope we do not miss the dark matter blocks in the setlist. I would love another chance to see more of the record - its a fantastic piece of work and sounded amazing the few times I heard them last year. I'd much rather hear dark matter tracks than Elderly Woman again

But in all honesty I just want to see the band in their current fine form with my kids in tow. I can't wait.

Have we heard anything about a possible Dark Matter Europe tour? Is South America first? So maybe Europe in the Fall?
    Anything? Anyone?
We already had a DM EU Tour
Whilst you are technically correct, PJ are huge in Europe, and played a small handful of shows to promote their best record in many years. We need a full tour over this way

Yeah I think there's a lot more mileage in DM yet. Would be a shame if audiences from UK etc missed out on DM-heavy sets.
