    With it being a prize in a contest, would it matter if they were used or not? Not like it said "Win a bundle of sealed singles". 

    Not saying they should be scratched up. But not like they were paid for.

    Certainly an odd move to throw it on here without contacting the Tenc first. I am sure they would have resolved this very quickly too.
