    Chicken Florentine.
    Turned out delicious!

But dinner took a turn when I found some leftover cauliflower in the fridge. I nuked it and put it on my plate. Now we are guessing the cauliflower was 6-8 weeks old. Hahaha

    YUCK!!!

I'm growing spinach and they are maybe a half inch high, but they sprouted! Garlic too. Now I just have to 'borrow' a chicken from my neighbor

Try it pickled. Much better but also great roasted or au gratin.

    Good call^^
I did make that pickled cauliflower and still have 1 jar. It is really yummy. Threw a few really hot peps in there but the sugar balances out the intensity.

I made some homemade matzo ball soup today. That's what us old men on disability do with our lives.

I do not see a problem there and that sounds like a nice way to spend time. Chicken soup is good for the soul.

Love me a Carolina dog. Has to be skin on. All beef or a frankfurter if well made. Prefer them grilled over boiled but not picky. No potatoes, mozz sticks, bacon, or cream cheese. I am from new england. New england split top roll, ketchup, mustard, onion, relish and maybe a dash of hot sauce. Or kraut and a good strong mustard. But love a good chili cheese or a slaw dog.  I enjoy the coneys in detroit, rhode island and cincinnati. There are actually great places in Albany and Worcester mass that gives the famous places a run for the money.

Its funny, one of the simplest things I make is Kielbasa. Sliced and fried in a pan then glazed with BBQ sauce. Takes 5 mins to cook and the kids love it. Serve with toothpicks or you can even make a sandwich on a martin's potato roll and cole slaw. So easy.

Made a delicious stir fry tonight
    Chicken, broccoli, onion, pepper, etc.
    It was great.

Then as we went to put all the leftovers in some Tupperware? We dropped it all over the kitchen floor.

    Hahaha
