    I’ve been trying for twenty minutes because…well there’s a chance.



    The situation is bad enough without their technical problems. Same problem that people had yesterday. Two Pitt N2 in the same loop.

    Did anyone get the Pitt2 sec111 rwC pair? I've been going through the loop for an hour and a half, just in case it would finally go through. Tix still available to choose, click on, "these tickets are no longer available" message.
    Click, choose, next, no longer available, rinse and repeat.

    How long do the tix remain on the list to choose before they are removed, when they are sold (typically)?
    I was reluctant to give up since this is the first time in months I've even got past the sold out screen for Pitt.

    8 lower bowl seats for Atl are stuck like this too. Looks like a widespread issue.

    Has anyone had luck with a link in the last few days?  I’m wondering if this is now the situation that Glowgirl was describing where she listed the tickets but the buyer was unable to buy from the link right away.  I think they were also getting the tickets unavailable message.  The listing was active and she was able to cancel the listing so thinking the tickets are possibly being held back for a period of time?  If that’s the case that is going to make the whole thing a lot worse.

    I tried to buy a single from a link last Wednesday and couldn’t get it to work.

    I wonder as well. My tickets were being shown as no longer available when they had never even sold. I still can’t explain it.

    Right. So the fact that the sale can be cancelled means the tickets were not sold even though they were showing as no longer available. What kind of fresh hell is this?

    A single lower level aisle seat for Pitt 2 stuck in hell also.

    11 lower bowl seats for Atl 2 now listed just this morning. None cartable, all saying no longer available, all sitting in the system for hours.

    It seems like "they" are finding a way to negate any way we come up with to get the tix to an actual human.

    Yep, my guess is it it will be able to go through at some point.  Maybe keep trying and note the time that it finally lets you through the payment screen.

    Right? Every time we collectively “figure out” the new hurdle, our work around gets destroyed.

    Now the next four are cartable. These are going up eventually after huge delay.
