That two step verification is the bane of my existence!
I tried AmEx, Visa, MasterCard, click pay, PayPal —- all double authenticated!!
PayPal was the quickest at least b/c I have facial recognition set up on my phone and the code gets copied right through the app so I can just insert w/o having to check the text or email. Still haven’t beat a bot or gotten any face value tickets on F2F but that’s my best option at this point.
For payment Chase has never asked but Citi has on occasion (but not in a while). I don’t think it’s a frequent usage thing but maybe

I use a Chase Visa and do not get prompted for 2-factor. CVV is good enough and I can checkout pretty fast. Not as fast as the bots yet, though.

Have you tried registering your Visa and Mastercard through their click to pay service? You essentially registered your card into the visa database and when you online shop with the card the verification text is not needed.

I believe it only works with purchases made in the country where your billing address is registered in.

I bought Neil tixs for Toronto, TM Canada didn’t ask for the verification code after the payment screen.

When I buy US TM tixs it gives me the verification code because my billing address is 🇨🇦.

a quick search online using “click to pay visa” and “click to pay Mastercard” should bring you to the correct portals to register your cards.
Did that. Still asks for code!
Lame! Then it’s a TM thing, because I bought Lady Gaga tickets today for a Toronto show and I got the code thing as well. When I use the card to order food online I don’t get the verification code.

I think each credit card company has a profile of each customer and if a transaction doesn’t fit the profile they ask for a code.

I’ve spent literally thousands of dollar on Pearl Jam tickets and on TM in general, if my CC company can’t figure out that as part of my profile they need better algorithms.

Seriously.. I feel attacked about my DoorDash history.

I also buy regularly on TM

they must have $ cap, if you exceed $300, they will ask for a code.

Anyone else see the wing premiums for Atlanta 2 drop at $446 and sell out almost instantly just now?

Cool of you to try. It's frustrating to see some say they could cart but didn't complete transaction. They could complete and then sell to one of us. But, that also is not anyone's responsibility.
