It's bizarre since MAGA went all in on Biological female....and I tended to agree in regards to athletic competition....but they always have the extra step that is just, IMO, bizarre as hell.

With a daughter headed to college this year in a male dominated field of study, I am seriously concerned over the lazy idea of blaming DEI for everything. Is it an issue from time to time in some places, I am certain it is as I have seen it. But I've seen any number of people who hire or promote the person that reminds them of themself die to implicit bias that has not worked out well....regardless of race/gender/etc.

Something goes wrong...is it a minority? a woman? Blame their skin color or genitalia and DEI!!!!

Idk, doesn't seem all that bizarre if you consider that pre-civil rights America might be the America they're invoking when they say they want to make it "great again". From that perspective, this is actually a logical and unsurprising landing spot for them.
