I saw the posting.. I’m curious about the wording, maybe the tickets from the listings are getting removed and not necessarily sold?Chrrie said:Someone posted a link for a premium pit n2 single ($600) on Reddit and I tried to cart it for the hell of it. Couldn’t get it and it still sold instantly. I’ll check TickPick tomorrow to see if it shows up but yeah no way a face value pair lasted 5 hours lol

I know of 2 different Pitt listings that stated "Pending Offer" for the person posting shortly after posting. They were not able to cancel the listing and they got the sold email confirmation several hours later. Not sure if that occurred for this 5 hour delay, but possible.Chrrie said:Yeah I didn’t see them either. This is exactly what I am trying to find a pattern of. The TM purchasing API has a reserve cart operation which would work very nicely if their system can “hold” tickets for a human to review to determine if it makes financial sense to buy them.Houryo said:

I would love more data points for my theory, like if someone coordinates a successful link drop with anither fan, does it just go straight to sold instead of the pending offer stage? I don’t have any tickets to sell or I’d try it myself!0 -
I'm going to stick around with my family for the Pirates game on Monday. If I'm just looking for the cheapest tickets is better to buy now or wait until closer to the date to see if the team sucks?0

I bought them already, only because I wanted a specific spot.Daner90 said:I'm going to stick around with my family for the Pirates game on Monday. Me and my buddy are going to stick around and go to the pirates game as well. Ive never even been to pittsburgh, so we're trying to get in a lot in a few days. Any part of the stadium I should avoid?
Appeared to be an animal, yet so polite.0 -
No, that stadium is awesome. Everything around it is coolrunstaples said:Me and my buddy are going to stick around and go to the pirates game as well. Only thing would be if Skenes is pitching. Might have a little more demand for that.0

Is walking from the the University of Pittsburgh area doable? I know it's like 3 miles to PPG but is that a safe walk? Plan to Uber but like to have the option should uber be a shit show0

When I travel for shows, I normally walk a few blocks before I call the Uber to avoid the crowds and potential price hikes.pjhawks said:Is walking from the the University of Pittsburgh area doable? Sure, areas by Pitt are fine. It’s just the neighborhoods where it connects Pitt to the upper downtown area (where the arena is). That’s a definite uber ride, don’t walk that. Could also get a room over on the north shore, by PNC park. That area has easy to get to restaurants/bars, and it’s not far from the arena. I know there isn’t many rooms available around the arena. If I was coming in from out of town, I’d go for the North Shore. But the University of Pitt area isn’t bad at all either. Any other questions fell free to ask, I’ll try and respond timelypjhawks said:

We are potentially staying at 2 separate hotels. We were originally thinking we would only make the Friday show, so I booked the Even IHG for Friday and Saturday nights. Now it looks like we might be able to stay for the Sunday night show, but when I went back to see if the Even was available for Sunday, they had raised the price significantly. I ended up booking Sunday night at the Omni Penn. If we end up staying, we will need to change hotels Sunday, which is no big deal. Both are only around a 10 minute walk from the arena.0

Late addition to the itinerary so I’m booked at the Holiday Inn at the airport. To quote the 10C from Newsletter #8: "Please understand we have a lot of members and it is very hard to please everybody. If you are one of those unhappy people...please call 1-900-IDN-TCAR."

I'm also at the Ever hotel and also had to add night. I just created a new booking rather the extend the existing one. It was cheaper this way.JeBurkhardt said:We are potentially staying at 2 separate hotels. Thanks so much for the info. Looks like a lot of the hotels by PNC are sold out so Ill probably just stay with mine by the University and just make sure I uber. Appreciate it.TJ80 said:

By the time we realized we might be able to extend out the stay, they had raised the prices. It was cheaper to just book a room at a different hotel for one night.Shaindli1 said:
