We’re staying at the Hyatt Place Pittsburgh Airport/Robinson Mall.   It’s not walking distance but there is plenty of parking downtown.

Does anybody need a hotel for a decent price?  I booked two months ago and I'm going to drop one.  Either Doubletree or Downtown Marriot.  Both right next to the venue.  Friday through Monday. I'm assuming I can transfer if someone is interested, but I have to check.
Are those walking distance from the arena? I have an airb&b but it's across some river.
Yes they're right next to the venue

    Here are the details:

    Marriot City Center

    $1,068.18

    Room, 1 King Bed

    Friday through Monday

It's directly across the street from the venue

Again I am assuming I can transfer this but I'm not positive.
Can you ask if they can transfer it and also if you can change to 2 beds instead of a king? Sorry for being so demanding.

So to any Pittsburgh native or anyone that has been there, is Primanti Bros. really that good? My buddy and I are only in town for the Friday show and want to possibly check out these sandwiches. Is it worth it or are they overrated?
Do you know what it's like to fall in the mud and get kicked... in the head... with an iron boot? Of course you don't, no one does. It never happens. Sorry, Ted, that's a dumb question... skip that.

They are great. You need to try it at least once. They have it at the airport as well. I recommend the capicola with cheese, add the egg.

Alright! That's what I like to hear! Thank you for the heads up. I'll try your recommended sandwich.

Although not a native, the hubs and I were in Pittsburgh last year for baseball, and had the sandwiches. This was his, although I forget which one it was. 😄 But yes, definitely try!!

2 weeks left to enter to win a pair of great seats to both Pittsburgh shows, $2,500 cash to cover travel expenses, an autographed (by the whole band) concert poster, three other unsigned concert posters, and wine from EV's barrel at the Clemente Museum!  For a great cause! https://give.ebresearch.org/team/617481

I loved Primanti Bros before I gave up meat in 2016.
As a Californian who is a Steeler and Pens fan I've been there many time for food before games in the past. A must do once.

I also highly recommend Primanti’s although I would recommend no egg on the capicola and cheese. I guess it’s just a matter of preference. 😃

Assuming you pick the correct incline, since there are two of them. 😉
