The last 7-8 years, I have been ALL IN on craft beer. Spending hundreds regularly, trading for beers cross country, the whole thing.Malroth said:.....it seems the craft beer craze has died down considerably
The last 6 months, I have been drinking whatever is in the coolers at my local Wegmans. The only exception is I may trade for some TreeHouse or Fidens for a special occasion or holiday weekend.
For me, as a mainly hazy IPA fan, too many places began doing the same thing, often not that well at the end of the day, and some of the top tier places had a dip in quality. Combine that with how expensive it has gotten to drink craft beer, and yeah, I have slowed down significantly.Post edited by Weston1283 on2010: Cleveland

Same here. Got really into the whole craze 5-6 years ago but it has really died down. Now it has to be a beer that I know I really like to commit to an $18 4 pack of hazy IPAs. There are a couple bottle shops around me where you can get single cans which is really nice. Have also been getting more into bourbon lately as well.0

            Oh baby. Look at that.
Agreed with others in that I am not quite into the craft scene as before and tend to stick to my few favorites mostly. I'd def make an exception for any Tree House I stumble upon though...which sadly is hardly ever.
Honestly, I think my current fav is Ommegang Hennepin. I was a little pissed to see my sister in law take that out of the beer fridge on xmas eve. Thought I sufficiently hid it towards the back lolwww.myspace.com0

Ommegang Is great, too. It’s like 90 mins away from me. Plus they have bands there and you can camp out. I saw Cake there once. Awesome place. The Juggler said:Oh baby. Look at that.

I was there over the summer when we were in Cooperstown. Cool spot. The food was really bad though. Beer was awesome.mookieblalock said:
