    On a flatbread, which is fine. It might be good and light. But its not pizza according to this New Yorker.

    heard about a “soft opening” tonight. Free pizza! Some franchise out of the Bsy Area called Slice House. Founder has won 13 “world pizza championships.” Anyway, nothing wrong with this stuff.

    Tony G definitely came up with some good recipes and techniques and the franchise must have followed them to a T.

    not sure about the cooking methods. you could barely move in the place, altho we were lucky enough to score a table. you know how people react to “free.” :lol:
