Picked up a couple slices off the slice bar before the NFL games. Thin Grandma and one vodka sauce with chicken cutlet. The place is decent for the NY suburbs, they use good ingredients. How much should this cost in your neighborhood?

Looks great. In my neighborhood in NYC those would cost around $4.50 each.

Spot on. $4.95 for the plain and $6.95 for the chicken slice.

Who needs a toaster oven when you have a grill and cast iron?

I find the air fryer to be so good for heating up pizza. It brings all the crispness back.

I know many people who love their air fryer. I cannot seem to convince myself that I need one.

I thought that as well for a while. I ended up getting an air fryer that is also a toaster oven. When my old toaster oven broke I figured it was worth the upgrade. It is not the round air fryer with the basket. It is the rectangular type like that looks like a large toaster over. But it comes with an air fryer setting and tray as well. Since I have limited counter space, I got the Ninja Flip so you can flip it upright when not in use. I love it and find that I use the air fryer feature more than I use the broil or bake feature.

Defrost is acceptable. Then crisp in the oven or toaster.

Couple NY pies made at halftime last night. All purpose flour, cold proofed 24 hours, longer cook at a lower temp. Turned out great.

This place was under renovations for a long time, they use to serve basic . Greasy slices and counter items…. They are now a wood fire, individual pie restaurant… wanted to stop in for a while… grabbed a Carne pie ( meatball, sausage, pepperoni) other day….. so good, my favorite style of pizza as even with some naughty meats I don’t feel gross after eating it
