    Light Years..... what can we say? It's beautiful.... there are no words to describe it! The meaning of the song is inside me and I fell good when I listen it!!!

    there seems to be a strong following on this board for binaural songs...light years...grievance...NAIS...which i find refreshing. makes me want to pop it in on the way home.

    love light years by the way, purely incredible songwriting.

    this song...and Black take me to a certain point in time better than any songs I've ever heard. I dont know what it is but this song, then sleight of hand were the 2 i fell in love with right away on the first listen when Binaural came out in may of 2000. ever since then................yeah light years is truly special. good appreciation for a good song. nice thread;)

    much love for this song! it's right up there with "thin air" off of binaural, both exquisite in music and meaning. and that line "we were but stones, your light made us stars" - it's gorgeous. kinda how we as people just roam about but it's when love hits us that we truly shine.

    It´s my favorite from Binaural...When I bought Binaural, I had never get tired to put Light Years in repeat mode....

    it's gorgeous, no doubt. for me though i can't hear it too much, just because it does have that sad edge to it. i have to be in the right frame of mind, thin air i can hear on a loop all day though, no problem!!
