    Some great sites at UFC 309.  Jon Jones gave Trump his heavyweight championship belt. There are some other great pics of the Trump team on Trump's plan. Hope they can keep it together.

    Yup it’s gonna be tricky when they say to eat better and then they will be eating McDonalds 3 meals a day for 4 years. Do as I say, not as I do. Musk said “difficult times ahead” just not for anyone in Trumps inner circle. Too bad for the Magats that think they are in his inner circle and believe he’s their best interest when making decisions.

    Bill Maher had a doctor on this week explaining that US doctors dont understand heath,  that true health can only be obtained thru proper metabolics, primarily thru proper diet and exercise. Their point was RFK wasn't so terrible. She went on to say all her years of college, med school and residency, she was never taught how to be healthy.

    If they believe as we age we can avoid all the thousands of horrible diseases thru metabolics, there's a bridge in Brooklyn I can sell them.

    there is something to be said about treating the root cause, not just the symptoms, the latter being a cornerstone of western medicine for ages. the quick fixes like ozempic for weight loss. how about we throw money at basic food prep education in school? bring back mandatory phys ed class. stricter food quality standards so places like mcdonald's can't sell the garbage they sell.
