I’m fine with holding him or anyone accountable. It improves the system. I just find it disingenuous that THIS is the starting point. Not any other official. Not any other official running for office. Not any other official running for president. This guy. The one who’s the most liked in the polls. The guys who’s part of the ticket who’s ahead in the race. It’s just…curious, is all.

    not curious at all.

I’m just saying this isn’t the pump the breaks on this guy moment. This is the most anodyne story about any major candidate dropping in the past couple weeks.

But again, I get it. Blood in water.

It's because he's only been in the national spotlight for 6-8 weeks. Unless you live there, how dialed in are any of us on the State house in Nevada? Vermont? Louisiana? But now he's going to be a heartbeat away from the Presidency so more scrutiny comes with that.

Plus that was CNN not Fox.

Hmmmmmm isn't it curious how when someone accepts a VP nomination all of a sudden everyone wants to talk about their record.

There's nothing disingenuous about it. This is quite literally the process.

I just don’t think it’s that big of a deal is all. We can talk about it or they can deal with it. I just don’t think it’s disqualifying.

Talking about the record is expected. Focusing on stupid things as if they are significant isn't. The point was that this is clearly all they've got.

guess I would ask, wrongdoing aside, whats the regular  processes of auditing etc? doesn't seem, on the surface , to be out of the norm for shit to be discovered a couple years after the fact. we are only 2 yrs or so removed from lockdowns and programs meant to address that?
then begs the question of other states and wrongdoing there.

feels to me , being federal dollars, would federal oversight of administering fall to them?

Anyone voting for Kamala doesn’t care what a putz this guy is anyway.

Massive mistake bringing this tool on board. Shapiro would have carried Pennsylvania, but also would have made people wonder why he wasn’t on the top of the ticket. He would have overshadowed Kamala, Dems needed someone dumber than Kamala, Tampon Timmy fit the bill.

He’s the most popular of the 4 people in the 2 campaigns. What are you even talking about?

I would have figured you’d be all in for Tim given his free tampons in middle schools and what with kids claiming to be cats and being accommodated with litter boxes and all the immigrants being bussed and flown to blue districts, just a matter of time before there’s no more libs, right? Although I suppose Covid could keep things even?

I’ve never been registered to a party or contributed to a candidate on any level in my life. I can show you my voter registration card if you like. Voted for 3 Dem and 4 Rep Presidential candidates in my life.

I don’t support Trump. My opinion is he did a better job in his 4 years than Biden/Harris did in their 4 years. I’ve posted my reasons over and over. That’s why I’m voting that way.

Most here are liberal Democrats, you’re voting for whoever they nominate and you’re Trump haters. You can call me Maga or whatever I could care less. I’ll be happy for the country if Trump wins, if he doesn’t nothing really changes, just the continued slow decline of the country and middle class.

Literally nothing independent about this guy what so ever. He's magaier than the magaiest twitter trolls out there. For four months, it's been nothing but trolling against Biden and then Harris...now all of a sudden he claims to not care who wins. lol.
