    I started it on Max a few weeks ago but have flipping back between the episodes on regular HBO especially if it's a better scene on one episode etc.

    okay, still never having watched the show, this name finally makes sense to me. an Italian woman I work with calls me this (my real first name is Paul). she always said it in a mobster type accent, but thought maybe it was a generic nickname. didn't know it was an actual character.

    Ha! I was thinking of the episode when Tony has food poisoning and in one of his fever dreams Silvio says “Our true enemy, has yet, to reveal himself.”
