Request to Band

I'm not sure if this will work but I hope it somehow reaches the Band. My name is Chris Kane and I've been a fan since the beginning and will be seeing them for the 28th time at Wrigley, N2. I'm bringing my family and it will be my kids first time. I've been battling colorectal cancer for three years now and have recently found out that there's really nothing more they can do for me and I have about 6 months left, so probably my last time seeing the band live. My hope is that they could play Just Breathe for my wife and the Kinks cover Better Things for my kids. I know it's a long shot but I figured I'd try. Thank you Jamily!
