    I swear, everytime I hear that song, either live or the studio verison, it makes me want to dance...like a hippie, waving my arms around like nothing!!

    LOL!!! Totally Nadia! It's true. One with nature, one with yourself, one with the song, one with the words, one with everything. This song is sooooo deep and inspiring. It is a song that you can feel. It definitely brings out the inner hippie in us all. :D haha.

    OK, i have to post about this amazing fuckin' song! I'm watching the new DVD again and i've just watched the song and i'm totally blown away! You can tell that it's so personal to Eddie, he sings it with such feeling and passion and pure emotion! The last time he sings 'And i'm so hiiiiiigh' he flings his arms up in the air, gives me chills just thinking about it! The green lighting makes the song so much more atmospheric, creating an amazing visual with the single green lighting during the opening riff.

    As Lydia just said to me, who cares if it's the new or old version? It's the SONG that has all the meaning and passion. This is true, the lyrics that Eddie has written are unbelievable. They touch my soul and move me beyond words. This performance has become my favourite moment on the DVD now, i've watched it more than any other part of the show. Everything from the opening riff to Ed's voice to the new musical arrangement is just pure perfection!!! I love this song, new or old (although i prefer the new slightly). I have so much love for this song and i love watching Ed sing it with such feeling.

    YES! Nicely said ||Release_Me|| and I could not agree more. :D

    This song moves you. The passion and intensity demand every inch of you!! It IS the song that has this power. It doesn't matter if a few riffs are changed here and there, or if some words are misplaced...NOTHING is taken away from this song by those trivial things. The band (especially Ed) make this song what it is. Therefore it can never be lacking imo. It's great that others appreciate this variety that PJ offers us. This song is born again and it's a beautiful thing. :D

    Ooooh man. I cannot get over Ed's passion here. Eyes closed, all smiles, just sooo proud and soo feelin it!!! :D It gives me chills just thinking about it too. To have that captured makes you feel this song even more. And the green lighting?! haha. HELL YES! Adds to the whole "nature" feel for me. Such an earthy, uplifting song.

    One of my mates hates the new version and will not except it. I reckon it is unreal. The guitar works just as well as the drums and they have re-invented the song once more.

    <~~~ just got done watching a part of the DVD and rocking the hell out in my living room to you know what

    HOLY SHIT! A religious experience...right here...the whole show YES, but this performace especially. I cannot get over it. Again, I cannot stop smiling. AND NEITHER CAN ED!!!!! HE IS SO HAPPY!! OMG I love it. I feel it soooo much. All of his energy/approval as well as the crowds. This song is already magical and this show took it to an extreme. OMG!!!!!!! Again, the man is soooooo happy. Between all that, these words, this music, this song PERIOD......SMILE FEST FOR US ALL!! :D
