I guess I'll just wait for the black variant. Colored vinyl from TMR usually have a lot surface noise anyway.DragonsAfter3or4 said:

Sounds the same from years ago just packaged into a "new" album. Bad ass musician, same stuff.... Might be time for JW to just focus on his business and keep playing live. It all sounds the same at this point.Post edited by Attaway77 on1998 Dallas (7/5) 2006 San Fran (7/15,7/16) 2009 San Fran (8/28) 2010 Bristow (5/13) NY (5/21) 2011 Alpine Valley (9/3,9/4)

You must not have listened to his prior last few. They were all over the place. This gets back to his roots!Attaway77 said:Sounds the same from years ago just packaged into a "new" album. May not be for you but definitely number one on Apple for a reason and he didn't even market the album.0 -
I'll give it some more play, maybe I judged too soon. I do like JW, so we'll see!DragonsAfter3or4 said:

The production on this thing drives me absolutely nuts.0

What kills me is that the rip I found online when the album first dropped is superior in quality to the actual iTunes version.nicknyr15 said:The production on this thing drives me absolutely nuts.0 -
It just kills certain songs. Rats, underground… bomb is unlistenable. All great songs though.elvistheking44 said:

I don’t have a keen ear or pretend too! I enjoy every song on it I listen mostly when I’m driving so to me it sounds just finejesus greets me looks just like me ....0

But I will admit, sounds better on Spotify even to me even tho it's not lossless.
Equalizer on Spotify superior to Apple built in equalizer. I find I listen more now on Spotify rather than Apple.0 -
Any Nashville folks going to tonite's show at The Basement East?0

that’s cool but means I’ll inevitably never get tickets to whatever small venue he plays in NYC, if he does.0 -
