i don't think anybody could have done any better in that debate last night. put yourself in biden's position. you are trying to debate a man that:

    1. does not answer any questions. only goes back to the prior question.
    2. takes personal shots at you, your family/dead son/felon son, and the speaker of the house, which happens to be a good friend.
    3. spews a fountain of bullshit and lies so fast that you can't process it and fact check it in a reply as fast in your 1 minute rebuttal.

biden was awful last night, but he had substance and talked policy. trump did not. trump looked like a bully and an asshole. constantly inflating numbers of illegal immigrants, one time it was 15 million, another time he said 18 million, it was all bullshit. also the abortions done after birth? trump is just spouting bullshit. just like his tarriffs argument. he does not know how they work.

he said he didn't have sex with a porn star. motherfucker is guilty of covering up that story and is now a felon.
Wtf? No one could have done better? You could have done better

I just don't think there really are any.
There is 1 option. And it is essentially fool proof...except for the fact that former first lady Michelle Obama does not desire her own run at the White House.
It basically the only move that keep Trump out of the White House IMO. But I don’t know shit about how Americans will vote anymore

She runs and she wins. Alongside Buttigieg or Newsome to shape the following election would be great. But, that's a pipedream.

Here’s my production. Within the next 4 weeks they announce a new candidate with Kamala still VP.
They’ll spend the next couple weeks deciding who it is and convincing Biden to drop out on his own and make it his decision.

That would be a smart move, especially leaving Kamala in as VP and not giving here the nomination to run for president.  She would not have a chance in hell of beating Trump (and I don't say that as a slam on her.  It's just the truth.)
They could just replace Kamala with a moderate Democrat not from that shithole California who isn't tied to progressives. She is useless and this is a direct slam on her. Then moderate swing voters would be more comfortable with sleepy Joe knowing a solid backup is right there to invoke the 25th since Biden is essentially incapacitated. They should do it now but they know Kamala sinks her party.

This election is all about the VPs.
Newsome would pummel Trump in a debate and at the ballot.  That's what happens when you are as smart as him,  look like him,  and run the 5th largest economy in the world.  Some shithole ...

And it's hilarious that you think he's a progressive. You clearly spend too much time in the right wing echo chamber.

There are several options.  The only way there are no options is if Biden refuses to exit.  If he exits,  then all delegates are un-pledged.

Say Hello to our next President.
It is awful, and our country is about 60-70% morons.
The focus is on trying to grab the fringe 10% fool extremists on both sides, instead of just having a huge turnout and keeping to things that matter to actual people, and not what gets sensationalized.

The Skelator loses big time to the obese orange orangutan.

    Dammit.  We suck

Edit -- I hope that I am wrong.
    So wrong.

We do deserve what we get.

You can't announce a new candidate.  Biden would have to drop out and then the delegates decide at the convention.
Yes, but it won’t be a surprise if that happens. If Biden drops out, it’ll happen before the convention. And im sure whoever the nominee will be will get leaked and endorsed ahead of time. They’re going to want as much campaign time as possible. It may not be official until the convention, but it wouldn’t be a surprise.

The Dems fucked this up royally and may have destroyed the country in the process. No way Biden should have been more than a 1 term President. That should have been the stance since 2020 election.  Now they either stay with a guy who has no chance of lasting 4 more years or replacing him 4 months before the general election. What a disaster.

And who is the choice? Harris, Newsom, Buttigieg (my choice), Whitmer?   I also saw some mentions that their is a gray area in having a Presidential and Vice-Presidential candidate from the same state so if they choose Newsom they may have to replace Harris as well.
I could have sworn Biden said several times he was only running for one term back in 2020 to get rid of Trump. But I can’t find any video or articles of him saying that. So maybe I just assumed he wouldn’t be running again.

Biden is lost and Trump is a POS.

What a disaster and an embarasment last night's Debate was.

How many people live in the Country? ONLY over 300 MIL and this is the best we can come up with?

Not explicitly but it was stuff like this. He had to ameliorate concerns about his age.....5 years ago.
