Would anything surprise you anymore?

We have been so fortunate and so blessed by this band! We have had surprise shows, surprise guests at shows, surprise full album shows, a fantastic new album, countless b-sides, cameos, soundtracks, collaborations, curated festivals, etc. So my question is would anything surprise you anymore from this band or what would they do unexpectedly to surprise you anymore? I personally am continually blow away by how this band keeps staying relevant and seems to find the right song(s) to add to the soundtrack of my life and it is clear they still have much more music left in them.

Very things that would be surprising and unlikely:
    1. Surprise album drop (new material, not a vault)
    2. A 10c-only tour of small clubs
    3. Releasing the PJ20 shows

I was going to say something along the lines of repeating the PJ20, but Ohana seems to have a similar vibe.

    [Reviews my checklist]

The boys still need 1) a unified full-blown concept album, and 2) a proper double album of all-new material.

    That's all I show still undone.   :)

If mike stone & jeff switched instruments for the first or second set...even whole show.
Need Ed singing Matt drumming. Would be tough not hearing MM on lead.

    What combos?
Heck maybe EV can drum and sing a bit.
Keep the mic away from Jeff :/

The crowd would likely be pis.ed.
Could bring them back to the more pure rock punk form that I tend to miss.

    Fun to think about

Honestly, after seeing Metallica's cover of "Funeral for a Friend/Love Lies Bleeding' a PJ album of covers might be very cool.
Edit: Also, maybe an another album of B-Sides since Lost Dogs.

I'd be surprised if they went back to 28-33 songs. Anything else is fair game.

Dave A playing a song or two at a show would shock me, because you would think that enough time has passed, and everyone is enough of an adult now, that it would have happened at this point, but the fact that it hasn't happened yet makes me think that it will never happen, which would make it the shock of all shocks if it did finally happen.

That's the end of my incredibly long sentence lol.

Write an album of new material but record and release in only as a live album with an accompanying film.  Basically the original concept of Get Back.

Yes, a surprise album release, with no leadup. Especially if they did it Monkeywrech Radio style.

Yeah like a quick follow-up album of new songs that just don't sound like the Dark Matter songs. Kind of like Thank Your Lucky Stars by Beach House following Depression Cherry.

I'd love the Lost Dogs 2 album (Stray Cats? I think that name is taken) - but I wouldn't call that a surprise.

x2.  Also surprised at how many songs were repeated.  At most I've seen 2 maybe 3 tops.  But in Vancouver there were many repeats in night 2
