I would call the interview "fun." If it was me, yes, I would have asked way different questions and gone a different route, but I can accept it was their first time on, and Howard wanted to focus on the early years. I will choose to appreciate the interview for what it was, rather then complain about what it wasn't. It was a fun couple of hours.
It's also for a huge mass of listeners that have never heard the words "Jamily" or "Faithful" or are invested in Pearl Jam.
I've been a fan almost since the jump and I still hate the term "Jamily" -- it's lame.

clips from the interview will posted on YT within the week.  I'm sure somewhere this is a torrent via MP3 that has the full audio interview.

So the only way to hear this is sign up to Sirius?  No live youtube stream?
Are these normally recorded and available for non-subscribers after?
Everything that happens on the show is recorded and filmed and available on the app for posterity.

The Springsteen interview was in person and filmed for HBO.
I'm listening on the App but how can I watch the Video of the interview(Howard mentioned that it can be viewed on the App?)

I'm guessing Glorified G gets played at MSG as a nod to Stern.

Does a free trial get you to hear Howard Stern? I'm a regular paying member and I don't have access to the Howard Stern show as you have to pay more to hear his show now.

I thought he got some interesting responses out of them, which I figured he would. I just want to say that, when you say you're a big fan but every song you mention (besides the Dark Matter songs that you listened to as prep for the interview) came out between 1991 and 1994, you're basically telling me you're not that big of a fan. The songs he threw out as suggestions for them to play were "Daughter," "Glorified G," "Alive," "Black," and "Jeremy." Did he also mention "Nothingman"? Anyway, it's fine, he can like what he likes, but it's frustrating when the interview makes it seem like they haven't done anything worthwhile in 30 years until the new album just because he wasn't paying attention to the great music they've been making throughout this period.
I gather speed from you fucking with me.
