Even more important than production imo is song order. Pearl Jam always starts with a rocker, then mid tempo by song 3, crappier songs in 9/10 spot and slow end song. Was hoping this would break that pattern….
Sometimes and Can't Keep don't go with that formula. And whoever said to an extent doesn't either.

i indulged in the clips last night , was able to listen to the album on Sunday...not a great listen cause wasnt played loud, speakers werent great, and people were talking
Scared of fear is soooo good. I think Stevie has a Soundgarden riff for sure.
From the short clip on the observer, I think it is Scared of Fear that I immediately loved. Sounds amazing
Just got back from the theater...it was Waiting for Stevie that had me instantly hooked. That song is an absolute banger. Easily the standout track of the album for me
