How to get Refund for rescheduled show???

Please help.  I have been looking into how to ask for a refund for the rescheduled show in Indy.  Now that they came out with the new dates, I know now that I can’t make it.  How do I request a refund.  Is it through Ticketmaster?  Or did I miss an email to opt for a refund from Ten Club?  Thank You!!!!

    You will be able to sell them for full face value when fan to fan is activated. They'll sell in minutes.

    Likely missed out on a refund window, but you can sell the tickets on the fan to Fan exchange (when it opens up) and get paid out after the show happens

    I got an email from Ticketmaster telling me it has been rescheduled and I can get a refund on Feb 13th

    If you log into TM and go to the tickets you should see a request refund button.

    If you take the refund, though, wouldn't they just end up as Premium? Why not sell them in Fan 2 Fan?

    I think payout is like 2 weeks after F2F sale now. Throw them back into the pool for someone here!

    What am I doing wrong?   I logged into TM and tried to hit the sell button and got this message:


    ***Also I called ticketmaster and they couldn't help me because they said I got my tickets through ticketstoday???  I got them from Ten Club and I'm so confused.

    Lawn tickets? For some reason those weren't always sellable when others were

    Please sell through fan 2 fan!  There are plenty looking for tickets including myself!  Please pm me with seat location and we can discuss a drop time.

    Checked my reserved seat and I got the same "resale has not been turned on" message. I still have the refund button too.

    Weird, wonder if it matters if the tix were already bought via f2f or not

    I upgraded my pavillion seats back in August via f2f & the "sell" option is currently greyed out. (Not that I plan on selling anyway)

    So wait, if you buy via fan 2 fan then you can't later sell them again if something comes up and you can't make the show?  Really hope that's not what's happening here!

    I didn't buy mine from F2F.  This was the original ticket that I got from Ten Club.
