  • So wait, if you buy via fan 2 fan then you can't later sell them again if something comes up and you can't make the show?  Really hope that's not what's happening here!
You can, my point is maybe only tickets that were acquired via f2f can be sold right now

Checked my reserved seat and I got the same "resale has not been turned on" message. I still have the refund button too.
Weird, wonder if it matters if the tix were already bought via f2f or not
I upgraded my pavillion seats back in August via f2f & the "sell" option is currently greyed out. (Not that I plan on selling anyway)
Ok, that theory is out the window. I don't understand why I can sell and others can't.

    Possible reasons this isn't working:
    1. If you just set up your banking info, you need to wait a few days for the confirmation deposits to come into your bank account. Then you verify it in Ticketmaster (where you added your bank info)
    2. Something to do with your browser. Try incognito mode if you use Chrome.

And as a weird last point, if you do have to go through ticketmaster help, force the issue of ticketstoday and hold firm that they are ticketmaster tickets. Eventually someone up the ladder will know what's up and make the issue easier.

    Good luck!

I feel like it's one of those things that will resolve itself once F2F is up and running for all shows.

The deposit verification is needed to get paid but I don't think it would prevent you from listing. Not in chrome either.

Maybe f2f will open back up for this show once the refund window closes on 3/14? If someone absolutely wants their money back between now & then, it seems TM is making sure that their refund option is the only way to do that. That would allow TM to turn any refunded tix into premium pricing when they're relisted.
