    2014 and 2016 were eventful. I would be curious. Even 2022 was busy for them 

    EDIT- dont have time to look at duplicates right now but 12 different cities in 2014. Im guessing you're right that they didn't go to an additional 33 cities in the next 9 years after

    There are double-digit US cities where they are at least 10 years overdue (And sadly most of them
    they are clearly never coming back to). 
    I’m not sure they’ve ever played 45 NA cities in a tour but I’m 100% certain they never would again.
    EDIT: 44 NA cities in 2000 including the warm-up in Bellingham.
