    The El Nino or Nina (or whatever the hell the thing is that i forgot right after the test) that is making it a warmer winter is affecting us here.

    Our ski hill hasn't opened yet and this date's has been pushed back three times already!

    crazy warm for Winterpeg. It's been unseasonably warm the past several weeks. barely any snow on the ground. and plus 5 celcius (easily could be in the minus 20's or 30's right now any given year).

    For the last month or so I've been keeping my eye on what it's like in Australia this time of year. They have a fire hazard heatwave right now!

    All the powder hounds are coming out to play! All of the Australians had such a shit winter for skiing last year they're going to be delighted, the ones that are up at my hill working n teaching our kiddos 😀

    Well I can't take credit for that picture, but that picture was from today's weather in my town! 

    No scraping ice sounds. (Man, that was so cool Gigaton had sounds of melting glaciers and lovers lol.) A bit of vegetation still peaking through the snow here n there.
