    It was a federal judge that determined POOTWH’s business entities committed fraud. Federal judge = federal court ruling = federal appeals process. All of which may delay proceedings in state court until the issue is resolved, I believe.

    State Supreme Court judge. My bad. Next stop, if there are grounds, for an appeal would be federal court. Then it’d wind its way to SCOTUS, potentially. It’s what I get for taking a twatter post at face value. Regardless, it’ll be a while before POOTWH feels the pain. Same old, same old.
