Mike said in an interview recently that the band has every intention of releasing them.

He doesn't know what form they will take yet, though.

I unfortunately was not very involved with the Pearl Jam fan community in 2006 so I don't really know:

How long does it take for the boots to be released after a tour?

    Do we have to pay?

Yeah you have to pay, but it's always been VERY reasonable. And as for what form and when they will come out, we don't really know at this point.

My guess would be some deal with an online retailer like iTunes or Amazon for downloads, but at this point no one knows.

Hopefully not iTunes. Amazon would be pretty good though.

yeah..except Amazon doesn't do non-US :( (but I will NOT buy through iTunes...and they would charge more to us euros, let alone brits too  )

    yeah, itunes is the pits...

lets be having some nice CD's available via ten club or in a box set please, like they did in 2000 and 2003....they were far easier to manage than the 05 06 ones, they took me ages to burn and label and box up....pain in the ass....

Physical Cds is the way forward, the digital revolution is shit

Awww, damn. Maybe they'll do something like Trent Reznor and distribute them through torrents.

Hopefully they will release them all like 2000/2003. I liked basecamp though, thought it was very easy to use. Maybe an updated version.

I reckon this return to physical bootlegs (at least I hope that's what it will be) will include both cds and dvds of both the 2007 and 2008 tours. The whole lot will be pressed in the one go. ;) (i hope!)

This would really be the forward thinking way to go... but I doubt it will happen.

come on ten club give us physical CD's and let Brad K do the artwork, that would be sweet, how about they use the poster art for the bootleg art??

and they can offer digital as well to the people that like that kinda shit, but reckon theyd sell so many more cds

I thought the 2005 boots with the poster art was a great idea- keep that up
