    I begging for anyone's help.

    I can hear it but can't see what's happening - it's just a green screen.

    I have the lastest media player so that's not the problem.
    I can see video's on YouTube - so why can't I see the broadcast.

    Help me please before I miss out on Pearl Jam.
    Oh, and speak slowly because I'm not computer sauve so I need detailed information please.

    i can't even get it to load at all and i've never had any problems viewing there webcasts. all i get is that damn at&t wireless ad over and over again. help!

    any help please getting this to work. i've never had problems before today. all it does is keep playing the lousy intro ad over and over again. anyone have a direct link for windows media player?

    the video problems link helps nothing. i've never had a problem before and watched fridays webcast. this is all very strange.

    Im not an expert, but others tried using IE, worked there, even tho, works fine on Firefox on my comp. Not sure what youre using, tho...

    i don't think it has to do with that, i've never had any problems with bonnaroo, coachella, or any of them. i don't get it. this ad just won't go away.

    Maybe try a different browser. I couldn't get it to work with Firefox, but it worked no problem with IE.

    i finally got it, though i didn't do anything different, kings of leon just finally showed up on my screen
