In the USA, when a student is in 4th grade, they are eligible to get a pass allowing free entry for a car of people to any National Park.  We took a 10 state 7 park trip this summer.  Show off your favorite parks, where are they? We have such beauty around us and we do not always know or take advantage of it.

We hit:
Badlands NP South Dakota
Yellowstone NP Wyoming
Grand Tetons NP Wyoming
Arches NP. Utah
Canyonlands NP Utah
Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP Colorado
Rocky Mountain NP, Colorado

All were amazing, I especially loked Black Canyon, I guess the inner Tolkien in me or something

Here is a pic of Delicate Arch in Arches NP

Nice pictures above! Beautiful! Would love to get to Yellowstone!

Went on a road trip this summer too! Zion, Bryce, and Grand Canyon. A few years ago, did Arches, Mesa Verde, and Rocky Mountain! Also, Mammoth Cave last fall.

Much closer to home for me and @lastexitlondon is the North Norfolk Coast which is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty here in the UK.

If you like mountain/landscape photography you might be interested in checking out these two artists on Twitter or their websites.

I hear the bears at this park just walk right up, grab your picnic basket, and then walk right off. And there is only one park ranger who is helpless to fend off these picnic basket stealing bears.

Came here to say I went to two last year, but learned in the process that Niagara Falls is not a National Park, only a state park... screw it, I'm posting a picture anyway. I went to Buffalo to see Tool in February, and had to swing by... not the best time to be in upstate NY, but no less beautiful than in nicer weather.

Fast forward a few months and my wife & I took a bucket list vacation to Hawaii, and visited Volcano National Park. Hawaii is like a whole other planet, everyone should get there once in their life if they can.
