Wasn’t Frank Costanza originally a different actor then reshot with Jerry Stiller?0

Mr. Lippman was played by two different actors.0

maybe my guess/answer is wrong then...eeriepadave said:Indifference71 said:

My next guess was George's parents, but that again is probably too obvious. Now kinda looking at the answer (after looking at minor characters on wikipedia) makes sense.

Yep. That original version is only available now on the DVDs.Hobbes said:Wasn’t Frank Costanza originally a different actor then reshot with Jerry Stiller?
Yep. And I thought this might be a tough one because the orginal Lippman only appears briefly and is pretty forgettable.Vitalogensia said:Mr. Lippman was played by two different actors.
There are a few more that I know of. Minor characters. I'll list them later if nobody gets them. Frankly, there's probably more than I even know but I know a couple.
Now this one doesn't really count, but it's a good little piece of trivia. For the Non-Fat Yogurt episode, they shot two versions; one where Rudy wins and one where Dinkins wins. In the Dinkins version, available on the DVD, a spokeman for Dinkins talks about how he only eats non-fat yogurt. The spokesman was played by Phil Morris who later played Jackie Chiles.

According to wikipedia this character has appeared in over 100 episodes so i'm guessing they were probably in all nine seasons. The cashier from Monk's Cafe?

You're right that it's Ruthie Cohen, the cashier at the Monk's, but she doesn't appear until like season 3 or 4.eeriepadave said:According to wikipedia this character has appeared in over 100 episodes so i'm guessing they were probably in all nine seasons. Yeah good point. Played by Lee Bear, and voiced by Larry David. That's two actors. I actually said Steinbrenner not because of that, I thought that he had been either voiced by two different actors, or played by two, at one point. I guess that was a "correct" guess by incorrect means.Ledbetterman10 said:HughFreakingDillon said:Lloyd Braun

Correct is correct. Doesn’t matter how ya got there.Later I’ll post my list of minor characters played by the same actor if nobody gets them. But I have to pay tribute to Norman Brenner. He was Michael Richard’s stand-in who appeared frequently. Most notably as “Eeen.”
