Sold a pair of tickets on F2F 2 weeks ago, got the micro dose credit in my back account and then nothing….
Is there something else I have to do to verify it was indeed my bank account and claim the rest of my $?0 -
I think you have to go into your TM profile, billing informtion, selling tickets and confirm the cents you received. And then they will credit the rest.URthekey said:Sold a pair of tickets on F2F 2 weeks ago, got the micro dose credit in my back account and then nothing….

Hello Stephanie,
I apologize if you still haven't received your payment for the sold tickets. I can see that you need to finish providing your payout method before we can pay you.
You’ll have two options for this:
Debit Card (U.S. Accounts Only)
Our preferred and easiest method to get paid. Requires no verification process on your part.
Checking/Savings Account (ACH)
If you’d like to get paid via ACH, your account will need to be verified before we process your payout. Visit the FAQ How do I verify the two Ticketmaster deposits to get paid by direct deposit? for more information.
Once your tickets have been sold and your account has been verified, we’ll deposit your payout typically within 5-7 business days after your tickets are sold. If you’ve sold your tickets by barcode, we'll deposit your payout typically within 5-7 business days after the event takes place.
If you already did it, we suggest you remove and re-add your Bank Card information under the Payment Options and retry verifying your Bank Card.Sincerely,
Joshua Angelo D

I haven't received payment yet either from tickets I sold on 5/22, though my Ticketmaster 'My Listings - Sold' says "Payout Sent."0

I just listed my original tickets for StP N2. They're not great, section 205, row 8, but technically in front of the stage at least if you're just hoping to be in the building!Appeared to be an animal, yet so polite.0

Looks like I actually got a refund for the underpayments on the initial F2F sales. Didn't even have to call and complain100 Pacer said:

Can't hurt to try. They should pay it, but I wouldn't be optimistic. On one hand, they clearly said there would be no fees for using the Face Value Exchange and that you can sell for the amount you paid. On the other, there was probably a screen that said the payout would be 150 which you agreed to by hitting submit. And that's how much the buyer was charged, so TM would have to pay the difference itself, which I expect they wouldn't do without more effort on your part than it's probably worth.100 Pacer said:
I sold some Austin pairs on the first day - should I follow up with Ticketmaster or consider the difference lost?SHZA said:
I don't think so. Ft Worth, same state as Austin, I got paid the exact amount I paid originally (322.54). It was just a TM pricing error for Austin and Chicago on the first day. Payout was 150 and 148 instead of 162-ish. St Paul was only off by like a dollar from the original price (161.42 vs 160.08).patkelly12 said:Just a theory but could the different tax payouts have anything to do with state taxes or something? Is there any detail provided behind the amount?
