    i need some quick ebay advice!

    opened a dispute 'cos i didn't receive an item.. they are adamant they sent it, so i have 3 options now..

    1. I'd like to respond to j**** and continue communication.

    2. My concerns have been resolved.
    I want to close the dispute.

    3. My concerns haven't been resolved.
    I want to report this seller to the eBay Trust and Safety team.

    WHAT DO I DO!??! obviously i've been either scammed or it's lost in the mail :eek: HELP :eek:

    OMG!!! We MUST discuss these dreams on MSN in the NEAR future!!!!!!!!

    Shopping will be food :rolleyes: kids clothes, shoes etc; AND hopefully some clothes and shoes for mua :D I stocked up on the ciggies for the trip today and they're already packed in my back pack with my can holder LOL!! I aslo have to pack a jar of Moccona so I can have a coffee as soon as I get to the apartment :eek:

    Oh geez! I don't know what you should do......it's happened to me a few times and I've just ended up giving them the benefit of the doubt :(

    It's a tough one....it'd be terrible if they got into trouble IF they're telling the truth. Australia Post are HOPELESS :(

    i'm leaning towards that too.. have had a few packages in recent months go missing, all people claim they have been sent (a few NON ebay ones :()

    I could be wrong with 1 sugar?? Like I said....I was really pushing the memory on that one :o

    I used to have 4 sugars in my coffee, but have, over the years, weaned myself down to 1/4 of a teaspoon :eek: I could probably go without the sugar all together.....but for some (probably psychological) reason, I still put those few grains in :D haha

    Number 3....
    To get any compensation back u have to report it so they can investigate it..
    Also take it further with Australia post if it was sent that way..
    We had a problem a few yrs ago...
    Carissa bought a phone and it arrived in an open parcel with no phone inside.
    Was a huge drama.....and a good tip dont let it go over I think it was 3mths b4 doing anything or they dont care...May be 2mths now

    I know!!! I nearly threw up at the first one :spew: the sound :eek: but the rest (especially the gym one) were hilarious!!!!


    It took me years to get my sugar down to that....sheer will power......but why can't I give up ciggies?? :o Probably cos I don't REALLY want to (bad)

    yeh that didn't sound so pleasant, kinda like that guy back-flipping in mid-air and falling on his face that has been tweaked by internet geeks a million times over!

    you don't wanna give up yet huh.. :) i really hate to admit it but i'm still shocked my dad of all people gave it up.. there's hope for anyone :eek:
