    I could be wrong with 1 sugar?? Like I said....I was really pushing the memory on that one :o

    I used to have 4 sugars in my coffee, but have, over the years, weaned myself down to 1/4 of a teaspoon :eek: I could probably go without the sugar all together.....but for some (probably psychological) reason, I still put those few grains in :D haha

    To get any compensation back u have to report it so they can investigate it..
    Also take it further with Australia post if it was sent that way..
    We had a problem a few yrs ago...
    Carissa bought a phone and it arrived in an open parcel with no phone inside.
    Was a huge drama.....and a good tip dont let it go over I think it was 3mths b4 doing anything or they dont care...May be 2mths now

    I know!!! I nearly threw up at the first one :spew: the sound :eek: but the rest (especially the gym one) were hilarious!!!!


    It took me years to get my sugar down to that....sheer will power......but why can't I give up ciggies?? :o Probably cos I don't REALLY want to (bad)

    yeh that didn't sound so pleasant, kinda like that guy back-flipping in mid-air and falling on his face that has been tweaked by internet geeks a million times over!

    you don't wanna give up yet huh.. :) i really hate to admit it but i'm still shocked my dad of all people gave it up.. there's hope for anyone :eek:

    FFS!!! I can go for months, having nowhere to go and no zits......no fail....within a week of having somewhere to go - BAM!! a zit :mad:
