    Ditto!
Any way to put in for these now?I have reverse buyers remorse.
Not that I'm aware of. But if you end up upgrading thru F2F, you have the option to purchase thru TM at the time of checkout.

got them for 1 of 2 shows I saw in 2022. Never received them for Nashville. when i reached out to TM the third time they basically told me i was out of luck and wouldn't get a refund. Hopefully I get them for every show this year.

Also got hit for a commemorative ticket charge. At least I’m confirmed pit for night 1 in Chicago. I Got Shit for night 2 even though it was my second priority…
  • Anyone else still have duplicate ticket charges? Not a huge deal, but I definitely want to make sure I don't get charged $700 (!!) for a single pair of tickets...

This is absolutely fucked up. You are telling me sections 121 and 113 have no 10 club allocation? Is this all going to be premium? If so, this is just terrible. SECOND these seating spots are absolutely jacked up.
    I got 121 and 113.

Good to hear. Like I said later, while this a small sample size, I want to see a chart like this once there is more info. There are clearly some members on this with very low numbers and pushed to second section at best, and those seem very few based on it as it stands. More than I've ever seen. Curious, whats your number?
    59xxxx.

For what it's worth, buying event tickets is a complete mess across the board right now. I used to be able to snag tickets to pretty much whatever I wanted, with a quick trigger finger, and am now almost always in the "2,000+ people ahead of you" queue which never opens up. Long story short, Ticketmaster and the bands themselves are taking back the profits scalpers were making on StubHub.

Warts and all, we are very very lucky to have this access from 10-C.

I can't disagree. It has gotten crazy and I do not fault the bands for doing what they can to get the money for their performance over scalpers.
I agree with this too. The odd thing is that the tour last year didn’t seem to have these issues. Now we’re seeing low numbers with terrible seats and higher numbers with obviously better seat locations. Mistakes were made somewhere and hopefully they get sorted out.
  • Never got anything for Indy yesterday.  Yes or no.  Can anyone lead me to where I can find the "unfulfilled" message?

I work for a member-based organization. If I screwed something up this badly, or if something on my watch got screwed up this badly by a vendor, my boss would ask me two questions.

What have you done to fix it?
What have you communicated to the members?

10c would have a hard time answering both of those questions this morning.
something clearly happened prompting the seat reassignment yesterday. Never seen that before.

Not to mention their entire business model changed after streaming. I don't begrudge them either, but it's still a hard pill to swallow when it goes down.

Tool oversold their fanclub VIP tickets in the fall of 2021. I was confirmed VIP the day of the sale, the next day they cancelled my ticket. How that happens this day in age is beyond me... I got over it, but again... it sucks pretty hard in that moment.

Regardless, it's not just 10C. It's f'ed across the board.

& Yeah, 10C should say something about how this went down... like Jimmy pointed out, if most of us messed up like this at our jobs, we would have some questions to answer.

You can't get to it anymore
  • Never got anything for Indy yesterday.  Yes or no.  Can anyone lead me to where I can find the "unfulfilled" message?
It used to be here: https://tenclub-us.shop.ticketstoday.com/Requests.aspx. If you click on your request, it would show you the specifics and say something like "Request Fulfilled" or "Unfulfilled"

But now it's just asking for an access code. Likely related to people who had CC issues and tickets got cancelled?

Who actually knows at this point in the game.

Actually, seating doesn't look as backwards seeing it layer out. With the exception of the first few being in the 300s, it more or less follows seniority.

Go through there and see how many are misplaced. Lets say its 10-12, example the 203xxx, thats right around my number in the 300s section. Guy right BELOW him is 110. All im saying, if thats you and your number, how would you feel being the "well its not that bad they only misplaced a few." This is just a small sample size for now as well, so I'll also say I'd like to see it when its more full but clearly off to a bad start.
I'm not saying its not bad. But I had pictured pretty much zero correlation with seniority.
Just saying it isn't as bad as I thought. the only ones who really got screwed are the 150xxx and below. After that, it more or less follow seniority. It sucks, they should fix it, I feel bad for those who got screwed.
  • Have you ever played a new board game where the person teaching you the rules was a terrible teacher and you kept having to learn how things worked as you played the game?

That's what the last 4 days have been. It's like someone took Monopoly, but now the railroads are jail and the goal is to lose all your money. And they forgot to tell anyone about the changes.

    Mind. Blown.

It was game over once Ticketmaster added resale capability. Why would they not keep as many as possible for themselves and jack the prices?

Honestly I'm glad the bands are even getting a cut.

Me either. It didn't seem like a lot of people reported getting lawn tickets, so I don't know if those are still coming or if it is done.

& Frankly, I don't blame ticketmaster either, why wouldn't they get into the game when stubhub & all the other resale companies exist?
