    Yep!   Tickets significantly downgraded and charged twice.  
    You did read the email about the seat reassignment and how it was being handled in relation to being charged again right?  Initial charge will most likely expire now that the refund has been issued (which doesn't show up immediately), so you will just pay once...
    I know, and not worried about it.  Was just answering a question.  Feel bad for the folks who this is creating a headache for though

    Anyone have the seating chart for St. Paul? My ticket buddy and I just got confirmed for St. Paul and Chicago, previously unfullfilled.  We did win Austin GA.

    I flipped sides of the stage for St. Paul, went from 102 to 118.  same row though.  Went from Stone side to Mike side.

    Mine got substantially worse. I’ve been a 10c member for a long time #69xxx and I only entered for Chicago Night 2 seats:

    Old:  Sec 203, Row 3, Seats 7 - 8
    New:  Sec 303, Row 10, Seats 19 - 20

    I’m so confused. What’s going on? I’d be fine with my original seats.

    a 5 digit 10C number in the 300 level. that's a mistake for sure.

    Chicago N1 and 2 were both 234

    now - Section 303 and 304, respectively.

    Probably would rather take my chances in getting better tickets through the Verifan sale

    Tenclub is just about worthless, don’t even get a t-shirt. Just a promise of less gouging on the tickets and good seats. Now it’s just engine to feed Ticketmaster. I’m done.

    Guess I got lucky, only moved back 3 rows for Saturday show.
    I’m 98xxx and originally we were same row for 9/2 now you are 3 rows behind me. What are the odds rows 9 and/or 10 show up as platinum?

    I'm kind of at a panic. I went from having tickets to Chicago Night 1, to being Unfulfilled.

    It might of been an issue with the credit card on the recharge.  Not sure what to do. I emailed tickets today and ten club

    No complaints. But, from the thread, seems some very low numbers getting pushed back. Hopefully, somebody bucks the trend.

    Went from:
    Chicago N2, Priority #1:  202 Row 5 (Decent Sideline) to 308 Row 2 (center field)
    Chicago N1, Priority #2:  No word to 317 Row 10 (High Sideline)

    Bummer about the move on N2 but shrug.  Beats watching the virtual waiting room countdown on Friday?

    STP 9/2 went from 115, row 4 to 114, row 11.  Just 1 section over and a few rows up....not too bad.

    Im in the same boats as you. I think the 200 level is better especially the side if you didn't get GA. Those floor seats are at eye level and it's tough to see when you're that far back. Also better access to merch and bathrooms. Im cool with it.

    I got the email and the new seats are 21 rows closer... BUT The charged me again before any refunds. Now it is over the limit fees, bank fees, fraud watch... all of that.
