It sounds amazing. I saw this tour about a month earlier in Birmingham - my show was only 2 hours long though!

But nothing on the horizon after the 2 boots.

    bummer.

Sounds like Archives Vol 3 is a Q4 thing.

Happy to not be falling into the 50th anniversary editions. But at the same time, would be a little bit fun to collect... with On the Beach also coming.... hmm hmm...

I have had this on VHS for quite a while but don't really have a decent VHS player any longer so haven't watched it in quite some time... until tonight.  I picked up a nice DVD copy and man I am super stoked- I love this film!

Tidal, apple music etc? If you are talking about his albums and such.

Only Spotify to my knowledge that he is gone from.

On the NY website you get more stuff though, like extra live albums etc

Anybody else get this yet?  It just arrived and was played for the first time here.  I can't say this is a great album, but it is one of those quiet, odd collections that hits some soft spot.  Maybe you just have to be old, tired, and worn down to the bone to like it.  So yeah, I like it.

regarding the new set of Offical bootlegs that I spotted in the store today...

Which one of those are multitrack/soundboards?

I want to avoid buying the audience bootlegs. Don't see the point in those

(though all where multitrack when bought the first 3-4)

Somewhere Under The Rainbow has bootleg-quality sound. There’s no real difference to an audience-quality boot.
The Ducks one is much better.

Good review of that show here.  I agree with what they said about a lost opportunity to not have flown in Richie Furay, but still, very cool to see Neil and Stephen playing together.  Would loved to have been there.  Last time I saw them play together was over 50 years ago.

If PJ are going to continue covering Neil songs, they need to give RITFW and F'in Up a break and just blast through Mr Soul once in a while.

I've been listening to The Ducks vinyl loud today and the way they rip through Mr Soul is exactly the way I want PJ to play it.

I so very much want to have this on vinyl but, man!, the prices.  All I'm seeing are either imports with high shipping cost a few sold here in the US for too much.  Bummer!

Neil’s Greedy Hand store has it for $44.98. I didn’t think that was too bad when you consider it’s a 3LP set (compared to his other recent releases)

Nice, but ugh. Just means more time to wait for the post Gerffen and 90s LPs.

Neil has said there’s a lot more movie/visual content in Vol. 3, but I have a feeling I’ll regret whichever option I buy.

If I go with the Blu-Ray set, I won’t be able to play the cds in my car. If I go with the cd set, I’ll have FOMO for the movies…

There are rumours that the next ORS box (Freedom, Weld, Arc, Ragged Glory) is coming in June, but I’ll believe that when I see a preorder link!

    Great.

The Geffen records are fine. Trans is cool and Old Ways is great, but I was hoping for Smell The Horse. Also, I don't Own Arc or Weld so that will be great.
